Tell us about your venueThe subscription catalog currently contains Starter at $399/month and Venue at $999/month. One-off and share-of-bookings agreements are scoped in writing because their deployment, support, and payment requirements differ.
A commercial model can be changed through an updated agreement. GridMagik does not silently move an operator between models.
Your written quote identifies subscription or platform fees, onboarding or custom work if applicable, taxes, and Stripe processing fees. We do not present processor fees as GridMagik revenue.
A one-off agreement defines the workspace, locations, event dates, resources, support window, and any migration or hardware work. The signed scope is the source of truth.
No. A contracted GridMagik application fee and Stripe's processing fees are separate. Both are reviewed before a venue is permitted to take live payments.
Your order form lists the capabilities, allowances, and beta features enabled for your workspace. Roadmap features are never treated as included production functionality.
