Why don't you list specific prices?

Because every venue is different. A pop-up activation, a 4-bay golf simulator, and a 32-station VR arcade have wildly different economics. We'd rather have a 15-minute conversation and quote you something that actually fits.

Can I switch models later?

Yes — that's the point. Most venues start on Per Event or Share of Bookings, and move to Flat Monthly once their volume makes that math better. We help you make the call.

Are there setup fees or hidden charges?

No setup fees. No per-booking platform markup. Your only per-transaction cost is what your payment processor (Stripe / SpeedPay) charges. We tell you the full number on the call — no surprises in the contract.

What counts as an event for the Per Event model?

Any activation window — a league night, a private buyout, a brand activation, a multi-day expo. We size it on the call (small / medium / large) based on how long it runs and how many resources are in play.

Does the 5% Share of Bookings include payment processing?

No — payment processing is separate (your processor's interchange-plus rate). The 5% is purely the GridMagik platform share, billed weekly on the reservation revenue that flows through us.

What's included on every model?

Every feature on the platform: booking site, payments, calendar, CRM, waivers, communications, marketing, reporting. The model just changes how you pay — not what you get.

When do I need to talk to you vs. just sign up?

Always talk to us first. We don't have a self-serve signup — every venue gets a real conversation, a tenant tailored to your operation, and a model recommendation in writing.
