Origin
The booking-site gap

We were running a venue and the booking site didn't talk to the floor. Operators were stitching together calendars, payment dashboards, customer email lists, and timing software with spreadsheets. The first GridMagik was a weekend prototype that closed that gap.

One platform for venue ops

GridMagik is a unified platform for booking, payments, customer accounts, communications, and live operations. We started with sim racing centers because that's where we'd run venues ourselves; escape rooms, axe lanes, golf simulators, and VR arcades followed — same operating model, different vocabulary.
