  • Can guests pay with a mix of gift card and credit card?

    Yes. Split payments are native — apply a gift card balance, then charge the remainder to a card. Partial redemption is the default.

  • Do gift cards expire?

    Only if you want them to. Expiration is configurable per-card-program and defaults to 'never.' Applicable state laws are enforced automatically.

  • Can I hold a deposit and auto-collect the rest before the booking?

    Yes. Deposits and auto-charge schedules are configurable per experience. Balances are automatically collected on your chosen timeline.

  • How do refunds work?

    One click from the booking. Full or partial. Refunds settle within one to three business days. No separate portal, no gateway ticketing.
